Welcome to Lalupate Ltd’s webshop for funeral products!
If you continue to use this Lalupate Ltd’s webshop (“Webshop) or place an order on the Webshop you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions.
The term 'Lalupate' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the Webshop, namely Lalupate Ltd.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If you continue to use the Webshop after we post new terms, then you acknowledge that you agree to the new terms.
You must be 18 years old or older to use the Webshop. By ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
Pricing and product details
Prices for products and services are displayed on the Webshop and at the checkout prior to payment.
Price is clearly marked to signify either the price of a single unit or a package of goods.
All efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and pricing of products in the Webstore. Yet there may be occasions where obvious errors arise. In such cases Lalupate Ltd. is entitled to withdraw from any contract.
Our products are handmade and hence unique. Minor differences between products are natural. We strive to make product pictures as accurate as possible. For technical reasons product colours might not be displayed exactly the same way on all displays.
For funeral directors we have wholesale prices, which require a purchase of minimum three (3) products at a time. The wholesale prices can be seen after creating a customer profile for your company. We will accept you as a part of the customer group within two working days. Registration does not require a purchase.
When you order goods through the Webshop a contract for purchase is made with Lalupate Ltd.
Order confirmation email with the order details is send to you after you have placed your order. If you have any questions, for instance regarding the selection of a right kind of casket, we would love to help you via phone or email. Our contact information you will find on the end of this page.
We will not be deemed to have accepted your order until your order is delivered to you.
We reserve the right to refuse your order or request additional information if should we deem it necessary for accepting the order.
We aim for ecological packing while at the same time our most important goal is package endurance. Recycled materials, such as cardboard boxes from other companies and left-over plastic bags, are used whenever reasonable.
Available payment methods are clearly displayed on the Webshop and at the checkout prior to payment.

Ordered goods will be delivered to the person and address you give to the Webshop the time you make your order.
Products will be delivered within five working days of receiving the order. Delivery times vary between different countries.
When Webshop owners are on a vacation or a business trip the delivery time is 1-4 weeks. Information about vacation and trip dates is updated to the company website at www.lalupate.com.
The delivery times are not, however, guaranteed.
If the product is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone number you specified when placing the order.
Products that are not specified as non-returnable can be returned within 14 days from the arrival of the product. Returns can be made for exchange or refund.
Returns will take five working days to process once the goods have arrived.
Products must be returned intact in original packaging with the original materials, manuals, labels and other items.
Returned product should include filled return application which includes customer name, postal address, IBAN bank account number (for refund) and additional information. The application can also be sent via email to the company’s official contact email address (specified on the Webshop) with the order number as the message’s subject.
Products can be returned using a specific delivery method defined by Lalupate Ltd. If this particular delivery method is used, delivery costs are paid by Lalupate Ltd. If some other, customer-chosen delivery method is used, the customer will pay the delivery costs, unless otherwise noted. The Webshop will clearly state this during the checkout process.
Certain products in the Webshop are non-returnable. Refunds/exchanges are not available for the products which have the words “Special order” included in their name and/or product details on the Webshop.
Faulty goods are always returnable. Faulty products can always be exchanged like for like.
